I have more than just one site.
We provide support for only one website at a time. For multiple websites, you would have to sign up for multiple plans. Don’t be discouraged though, it’s worth it.
Unlimited support? Really?
Yes. Really. We’re here for you. Within reason of course. Fast food runs or coffee delivery are not on our list, but we will see you through all of your WordPress problems.
Why should I sign up for the Premium plan?
This ensures you have an expert team on board. We will provide automatic backups of your website 24/7 while constantly monitoring for malware, blacklistings, DNS, WHOIS, SSL Certification and site changes.
If we see any suspicious activity, we will immediately notify you. We’ll then work with you to remove all of the malicious code. We provide daily or weekly notification emails, keep records of site activity and take care of any WordPress Plugins, Theme and Core updates on a weekly basis. To top it all off, we offer free hosting for your website to ensure you receive the best service and make your site as fast and efficient as possible!
We limit our service to fixes and jobs that can be completed within 30 minutes. Anything more complex than that is beyond the scope of our service.
We are on call from Monday to Friday but we answer emails pretty much 24/7 – that means weekends as well…
What about the weekend?
If something comes up over the weekend, we can have it resolved on Monday morning. If we deem it to be urgent, we always have somebody standing by to help.
How long does it take to resolve an issue with my site?
We can resolve issues on the same day within a 12 hour window (faster if you sign up for the Premium plan).

No worries. Every plan we offer includes a clean up service. If you’re looking for a one time gig, any one of our plans will get the job done.
What do you consider a website?
A website is defined as a collection of files and documents used to display content from a unique location. This location is known as a domain and is accessed by users through the Uniform Resource Locator (URL).
Hosting services may sometimes set up your site under one domain and then create a number of subdirectories on that server for your other URL’s. However, if you have one server and 10 distinct subdirectories for 10 distinct websites, we consider that as 10 websites.
We will clean subdirectories of the root of the site, but we not other databases outside of the main one. We do not take care of blacklist issues associated with subdirectories that are not associated with the main domain.
How long does it take to clean up a website?
We can resolve most malware issues within 8 to 24 hours. During this process, we will do a thorough inspection of file permissions and software versions. We will toughen your site against possible infection and provide you with information you need to reduce the risk of infection.
What happens if I get reinfected?
Unfortunately, this does happen. Like we mentioned above, we do everything we can to reduce risk, but no solution is 100%. If you’re an active customer, we will clean the site again.
Do you have a clean up guarantee?
Of course! If we can’t clean up the site, we will refund the cost back to you.
I need constant support.
You’ve got it. We monitor your websites 24/7 and we’ll alert you to any issues we see.
You can do this at any time without hidden fees or extra charges. Simply pay the difference between your current plan and the one you’re upgrading to.
